Public project requests
You may request a bid or provide RFP details without creating an account. The form collects the contact and project information you choose to provide so the company can review and respond to the request. A request submitted by a verified client account is associated with that account. A guest request remains unclaimed until an authorized owner, admin, or IT user assigns it to a verified client account using the same email address.
Do not submit classified, controlled unclassified, export-controlled, or other sensitive facility, security, or personal information through this site.
Employee time punches and location
The employee time clock requests one browser location reading only when an employee initiates a clock-in or clock-out and acknowledges the location notice. The punch record contains the punch type, timestamp, site name, latitude, and longitude. The website does not continuously or secretly track location, and it does not collect location from general public visitors.
Time-punch location and attendance records, including linked time-punch audit entries, are scheduled for deletion after three years. A daily cleanup job may mean a record is deleted shortly after that period rather than at the exact three-year moment. This retention depends on the database migration and scheduled job being successfully applied and monitored.
Accounts, access, and service providers
Client accounts use email verification and are intended to show only requests assigned to that client. Company accounts are provisioned separately and receive role-based access. The application uses server-side authorization and database row-level security to limit access, but those controls must be configured and tested in each deployment environment.
Account, request, and time-punch information is processed by the company and its configured hosting and database providers to operate the site. Authentication cookies are used to maintain signed-in sessions. Information is not made public merely because a public request form accepts it.
